Policies

Privacy, your video and your consent, terms and the code of conduct.

These are kept short on purpose. You don't need legal fog to understand the basics. If anything here is unclear, [email protected].

Privacy

If you sign up, your email address is used to run your membership and send the emails you have chosen to receive. It is not sold and it is not shared for advertising.

The only cookies this site sets itself are the ones needed for signing in.

The videos are hosted on YouTube. When you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.

If you send a video or get in touch, your details are used only to reply and to manage your contribution.

Your video stays yours. By sending it you agree to it being shown on this site with your name and role. Each use is asked for separately: a yes for the site is not a yes for anything else.

Send only what you have the right to share. That means your own recording, with any music, pictures or AI made parts coming from sources that allow them to be shared publicly.

You see your video before it goes up. If you change your mind later, tell us and it comes down.

Terms

What people share here is their own experience. It is for learning and practical ideas. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice.

Membership is free. It gives you updates and does not oblige you to take part.

The clips belong to the people in them. Share the links and quote with credit. Ask before you download, edit or reuse a clip elsewhere.

Code of conduct

This community works best when people can think clearly, disagree respectfully and still feel safe taking part.

What is encouraged

  • Respectful disagreement that stays focused on ideas rather than people.
  • Curiosity, good faith questions and practical feedback.
  • Making room for other people to speak, think and take part.
  • Owning mistakes and adjusting quickly.

What is not okay

  • Harassment, intimidation, discrimination or repeated personal attacks.
  • Trolling or behaviour designed to derail the conversation.
  • Unwanted sexual attention, abusive language or targeting people for who they are.
  • Sharing private information without permission.
  • Passing off AI generated video as a real person's story.

If behaviour crosses the line, access may be limited or removed. The aim is to protect the community, not to prolong conflict.

This code of conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.0.
