Ian: So to kind of recap: you know nothing about coding. You've seen an opportunity to leverage modern trends in generative engine optimization, AI engine optimization, however you want to call it. You've just leant on Claude to go and write software, even though you had no idea it was actually writing the software, hilariously.

Michael: Yeah.

Ian: But it got an incredible result for you that now you can start to run with. At a very high level, the architecture of this is: it's written a Python program, which is integrated into the Reddit API to search for posts within a certain 24 hours that meet certain keywords of the brand that you're working with at the moment. It will surface those up, it will score them and it will suggest draft responses for you to review and curate.

I think the really important thing that you're saying here is that this is not agents producing waffle. It's just taking the grunt work out of the hours every day of finding these posts. And actually giving you more time to be more human, in reality.

Answer this one too.

You don't need to be an expert. You need something you tried at work with AI, what happened next and what you'd tell someone else.
