Turning repeated AI tasks into reusable pipelines. This is one that is interesting. It can catch you out because the AI can do anything you ask it to but it doesn't automatically necessarily question if you should be doing it.
So I could sit there and ask it a hundred times to do a complex but manual task for me and it will do it. It will let me sit there for 10 days and do it. But on day one, if I had have said these are the 100 tasks I want to do, how do we automate them and get them done quicker and more efficiently and a higher degree of quality, it will often be able to do that for you instead. All it took was you knowing to ask the right question.
So automation is a constant discovery process: finding the most efficient way to use the tools. There's not a week that goes by that I'm not surprised by something I asked the AI that I didn't think to previously and it was able to do it for me and I wish I had done it sooner.
